You need to apply for UK Fiance, spouse, unmarried partner, child or other Dependant of a of a settled person settlement visa if you wish to go to the UK to get married or join your spouse/unmarried partner who is a British citizen or a person who is settled in the UK. With UK Fiance, spouse, unmarried partner, child dependant or other Dependant of a settled person settlement visa you can stay in the UK, extend your visa or to switch to a new type of visa.
Fiance visa is given for a period of 6 months. You will have to get married and to apply for a spouse visa within these 6 months.
Spouse visa/unmarried partner is issued for the period of 2.5 years. In the end of this period you will have to extend it from within the UK.
Children under 18 years old going to the UK with you have to apply for Child Dependant of a settled person visa.
UK Marriage Visitor visa for fiancé(e).
If you plan to get married in the UK, and will leave the country after (i.e. you are not planning to stay in the UK on this visa), then you can apply for a british Marriage Visitor visa to celebrate the marriage only. This visa is valid for 6 months.

Visa fees
Regardless of whether you use our service or apply yourself, you will need to pay a visa fee to the UK immigration services. The cost is stated in USD on the website https://www.gov.uk. We indicate the equivalent of the amount of the visa fee in EUR with a margin to cover change rate and fees over the time required to process your application by our services.

In the case of refusal, or if the passport is withdrawn before the decision is made, the visa fee can’t be refunded.
You will have to pay for IHS insurance (Immigration Health Surcharge) on the official web-site of the Immigration Service after your visa application is completed, this fee applies ONLY for a spouse/unmarried partner visa and dependent child of a settled person . For each adult (18 or older) it costs £ 624 per year.
